When is check-in?
Most houses receive guests from 14:00 or 15:00. Early arrival can be arranged by concierge subject to the room being ready.
Can I cancel?
Pending reservations may be cancelled from My Bookings by writing to concierge, or by our staff from the register. Confirmed stays follow the house cancellation note on your confirmation.
Are pets permitted?
Selected houses welcome small dogs with prior notice. Please mention this in special requests.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is available at every house. Whether it is included depends on the offer applied to your stay.
How do overlapping dates work?
A room cannot be reserved twice for overlapping nights. The system checks the register in real time before a booking is written.
What is the pastry atelier?
Each house kitchen produces cakes, chocolates and seasonal sweets. They may be ordered through dining or listed on the Sweets page.
